I choose one word as a goal for each year. You've lived through pain this year and just reading it hurts me, although I don't "know" you. I'm asking God to give you a miracle in 2011.Pamelahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14577919062812348914noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4031244916008481934.post-45383981024570840362010-12-29T18:40:11.409-06:002010-12-29T18:40:11.409-06:00Theresa, this is a wonderful post, though I know f...Theresa, this is a wonderful post, though I know for you it is filled with pain and questions. But in it I see you as like David in the Old Testament. You are determined to name God, trust, God, and obey God. (By the way, read the post on Hearts I wrote about my vision Sunday morning.) What you are doing is really what God is looking for; someone who will continue to name His name, Seek His face, and obey His words. He is looking into your heart. His Holy Spirit is taking you by hand and by heart, and turning you back to the main focus: God and His ways. Remember when the Psalmist wrote, "If you counted our transgressions, who could stand?" The answer, we all know, is not a single one of us. Only the sacrifice lamb could be the perfect sacrifice. God brought Jesus into our world because we need him. I do. You do. Seven times a righteous man falls, and seven times he gets up again, it is written in God's Word. Keep getting up. Keep naming HIs name, seeking His face, and obeying His ways. You're on the only path there is. No turning back for us, my friend. Prayerfully yours through the New Year and to eternity, Kathy.Kathyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03852361286674074590noreply@blogger.com
